Our unity candles are a part of the wedding ceremony and are used to show the "joining" of the Bride and Groom into a single unit or family. The unity candle's also represent the two families sharing a common future. The Bride and Groom light the Unity Candle from two separate candles to show the coming together of their union. The unity candle is placed on the Alter for everyone to view during the marriage ceremony. Some couples request the parents of each family to light the candle to show Unity.
All our candles are made to last indefinately. Through careful experimentation during the design process, our candles will not melt away as most do. The precise wick size allows the hard wax outer shell to remain and the glowing beauty of our candles to be continually enjoyed by placing votive candles within. When you present someone with one of our unity candles, you are literally giving them a unique gift that will last indefinately.
